Defrosting Instructions
Defrost jar in refrigerator for about 24 hours, or to reheat frozen, place jar upside down in sink and run warm water over it until the food drops to the lid (30 – 60 seconds). Open the jar and put contents in a pot to heat on the stove, or in a bowl to microwave, until hot. Enjoy!
